Raised in pristine, cold-water habitats, our salmon are cultivated without the use of antibiotics. This sustainable farming approach not only ensures the health and wellbeing of the salmon but also contributes to the preservation of our environment. Refrigerator: Remove seafood from packaging and place the product in a bowl or on a plate. Cover and put in the refrigeration for 8-12 hours.
Cold Water: Submerge seafood in its package in a bowl of cold water for 1-3 hours. Change water every hour. Remove from packaging prior to cooking.
Quick Thaw: Place seafood in a strainer in its package and run under ice-cold water until thawed (10-30 minutes). Remove from packaging prior to cooking.
Bake: Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and bake at 375F for 8-12 minutes.
Pan Sear: Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and cover on medium-high heat for 8-12 minutes.
Grill: Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and cover at 375F for 8-12 minutes.
