Candy craftsman Enoch James spent years toying with a special new recipe for Salt Water Taffy. In the 1880s he finally stumbled upon a unique formula he thought could truly rock the taffy world, so he moved his family to Atlantic City — home of salt water taffy — eager to sell his new signature confection.

Different than most taffies, Jamess was designed with a softer chew. It was smooth, creamy, and wholesome, with a new “cuttofitthemouth” shape. By 1907, James and his family had created new machines specifically designed to create his signature candy, many of which are actually still in use!

Today, you can still experience the original taste and creamy chew of James old fashioned salt water treat with this bag of delicious, taffy nuggets! This toothsome assortment includes 9 sweet flavors.
