Tortellini Skillet Lasagna

Ingredients:

• 1 lb Members Mark Ground Beef
• 1/8 tsp Salt
• 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
• 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
• 24 oz Members Mark Marinara Sauce
• tsp Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
• 24 oz Members Mark Cheese Tortellini
• 2 cups Members Mark Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions:

In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, add Italian seasoning. Stir in the marinara sauce and crushed red pepper flakes. Add in the tortellini and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the tortellini. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
