Divide ground beef into four equal balls. Flatten into patties and season both sides. Grill beef patties to 160F (using a meat thermometer, check temperature in center of beef patty). Allow chicken to cool in refrigerator, then shred. Preheat oven to 350F. Cut French bread in half lengthwise and then cut into 3 equal parts. Open bread and add 2 oz of basil pesto sauce and spread evenly on the bread. Add 4 oz of shredded chicken and top with 2 oz of marinara sauce. Add 1 oz of shredded parmesan cheese followed with 2 oz of shredded mozzarella cheese. Close bread and wrap in aluminum foil. Repeat 2 more times with remaining ingredients then bake in the oven at 350F for 12 minutes. Brush the tops of the bread with extra virgin olive oil and fresh hearbs (optional).
