3. Heat for 8-10 minutes, then remove from air fryer and allow to rest for 1 minute before serving.

Microwave Oven (1000 W):

1. Remove egg bites from pouch and place in a microwave-safe dish

2. Heat on HIGH for 1:15-1:30, or until heated throughout

3. Carefully remove from microwave and allow to rest for 1 minute before serving

Toaster Oven

1. Preheat oven to 400F

2. Remove egg bites from pouch and place in an oven-safe dish

3. Heat for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and place egg bites onto a serving dish

4. Allow to rest for 1 minute before serving
