Long consider a delicacy in Europe, Landrin was originally established in St. Petersburg in 1848, and maintains a reputation for European confectionery excellence. Operating under the Georg Landrin brand, the historic company grew to become one of the largest and most renowned confectionery producers in the old Russian Empire. In 1880, Georg Landrin became a Supplier by Special Appointment to the Russian Imperial Court, and by 1883 became one of only two confectionery suppliers to His Imperial Highness the Russian Emperor!
