1. Place frozen Member’s Mark Jumbo Raw Shrimp into a colander or strainer and cover.
2. Place plate underneath colander and refrigerate 8-10 hours.
3. Rinse under cold running water and drain.
4. Shrimp is ready to cook. Season your shrimp with salt and pepper (and any other desired spices like garlic powder, paprika, or herbs) before cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 145F.
