Preheat oven to 375F. Place frozen chicken in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet. Make sure chicken pieces are not touching. Place baking sheet on the middle rack in oven. Bake for 8 minutes. Flip chicken over and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Allow chicken to rest for a couple minutes after baking.
Microwave
Place frozen chicken in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate with the larger pieces towards the edge. Microwave on high power for 4 minutes and 30 seconds. Allow chicken to rest for a couple minutes.
