  • 1 large Onion, sliced
  • 1 large Bell Pepper (any color), sliced
  • 8-12 ct. Flour or Corn Tortillas

For the Marinade:

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Optional Toppings: Sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa, guacamole, fresh cilantro

Directions

1. Marinate Steak: In a large bowl, combine the sliced steak with all marinade ingredients. Toss to coat and let sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
