From Frozen
Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to 350F. Air Fry 11-13 minutes or until shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 158F. This is a guideline, reference Air Fry instruction manual.
Grilling
Preheat a gas grill to high. Then, reduce heat to low (temperature should be somewhere between 275F to 325F). Carefully grease the cooking grates. Once the grill reaches the recommended temperature, add the frozen shrimp skewers, and close the lid. Cook shrimp for 5-6 minutes on each side or until no longer translucent. Cook to an internal temperature of 158F minimum.
Conventional Oven
Place rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat oven to 400F Place frozen skewers on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 22-24 minutes or until the shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 158F.
Convection Oven
Place rack in the center of the oven. Preheat oven to 375F. Place frozen skewers on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 22-24 minutes or until the shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 158F.
Broiling
Place oven rack 6 inches from heating element. Preheat broiler on high. Place frozen skewers on a lightly greased sheet pan. Broil 4-5 minutes per side or until the shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 158F.

1. Prepare the BBQ Shrimp skewers according to the package instructions.
2. While the shrimp cooks, gather the rest of your ingredients and begin assembling the tomato salad. On a large platter, lay out the sliced tomatoes, followed by the sliced avocados, red onions and jalapenos.
3. Drizzle the entire tomato salad with the olive oil. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice across the salad before garnishing the dish with the crumbled cotija cheese and a light sprinkle of chili powder.
4. Serve the fully cooked Shrimp skewers alongside the tomato salad and enjoy.
